• If possible you can share with us while filling the form some pictures of the belongings that you are planning to move, and if needed we can arrange an in-person visit or a video call to check the quantity of the stuff that we have to move.

• We Highly appreciate getting the exact quantity of the stuff we have to move before our arrival to make sure we send the right number of team members and the right size of truck.

• It will be appreciated to inform us about the street if parking is available or in case the street is far from the entrance of the building we should be informed up ahead so we make sure our team is ready for that.

• After we receive the final number of the stuff that has to be moved we will send you a price quote and plan of the moving.

• Upon your approval we agree on a date and time to do the moving.

• We arrive on time to your address to pick up and move your belongings to the new address.
